Heritage Pork - Whole & Half

Fill your freezer with delicious heritage pork, including BACON!

 

We have a LIMITED number of whole and half hogs available early April. This is a great way to stock up on heritage pork and save a little money too!

 

**NEW for this year we're offering monthly installment payments to help ease the initial financial burden.**

 

The total cost for half will be $550, a $50 deposit will be required and monthly payments begin March and go through July totalling five $100 monthly payments. Double this for a whole pig.

 

You choose the cuts (we'll guide you through the cut sheet) and pick up directly from our butcher in Mount Forest.

 

Cuts you can choose:

Hams

Bacon

Chops

Hocks

Sausage

Ground

Here is an example of how a half hog breaks down into cuts:

4 hams (2-3lbs)

2 side ribs

1 picnic roast (2-3lbs)

8 bacon (1lb)

15 sausages (4 links/pack)

11 chops (2/pack)

1 hock

 

Price is $5.5/lb hanging weight, estimated weight is 100lbs per side. This includes cutting and wrapping in vacuum packages.
